This extra hard #120 dressing stone is made of silicone carbide and is great for resurfacing NSK Oboro, Hakuto (1) #200, #400, and #400S. This enhances the cutting speed and recreates the original surface that NSK applies from factory.

If you need to flatten the dressing stone, use an ATOMA #140.

Originally, these are used for sharpening gardening tools on-the-go (while gardening).

If you are using this to refresh any stone surface, be VERY thorough when cleaning off the abrasive particles. These particles can leave deep and unwanted scratches when sharpening or polishing.
