Moribashi are plating chopsticks, often used in traditional Japanese restaurants. These fine-tipped precision tools are quite difficult to use even for a person who is used to using chopsticks for eating; however, with training and dedication, the amount of potential control when placing often intensely flavoured condiments/topping on pieces of nigiri is hard to match.
