Tosho Knife Arts is a brick and mortar store in Toronto specializing in handmade Japanese kitchen knives and sharpening services since 2010. Our goal is to offer unique, high-performing tools to culinary and cutlery aficionados to enrich their cooking experience.

Owners Olivia Go and Ivan Fonseca have over 20 years of professional experience within the knife sharpening and food industry. Ivan is currently residing in Japan while Olivia and the Toronto crew keep the brick and mortar running. Our crew consists of folks with a strong background in the culinary arts and kitchen knives. Hopefully we can answer any of your questions.
