How to use:

Always lead the blade in the sheath with the spine first. This will always guide the blade in and will help prevent the edge from cutting the leather.
For thicker knives (3~5mm spine thickness), remove leather insert found inside the sheath.
In order to take the blade out of the leather sheath (if the leather insert is removed), turn the blade slightly towards the left (seen in the video, here) and draw out the knife.

This Konosuke leather sheath is crafted in-house with vegetable tanned Japanese cow hide. Fits most standard 240mm Gyuto. Please email info@toshoknifearts.com to inquire about a proper fit for your knife.
