HI-CONDITION is headquartered in Asakusabashi. This area of Tokyo was famous as “the city of textile and leather craftsmen” but now there are fewer people carrying on that tradition. At HI-CONDITION, they strive to keep that tradition alive with an attention to detail and quality that honours the history of Taito.

These knife rolls are an essential part of a cook’s daily rotation. Made from Hanpu canvas (a material still used in the construction of Japanese sailboats to this day), these knife rolls are very durable and weather resistant. With six pockets, each roll is capable of fitting up to six knives (with sheaths, of course!) with a blade length 300mm or less. These rolls are economical in space and will fit comfortably into a HI-CONDITION Hanpu Tote Bag or Nenohi Nylon Knife Bag.
