The Tadafusa Tsuchime SLD gyuto is an all-purpose blade with a fantastic performance with ease of maintenance that features an aesthetically pleasing hammered ('Tsuchime' in Japanese) finish. It is quite thin behind the edge for easy cutting through dense root vegetables, but still retains its thickness on the spine, offering stability when cutting.
