We will gladly exchange your product for store credit within 14 days of the date of your purchase, as long as your item is unused and in brand new condition (the item must NOT have been used on any ingredients or sharpening tools). The packaging must also be in brand new condition. No refunds.
For online returns, you are responsible for your shipping costs. Please send your product(s) back to Tosho Knife Arts (602 Markham Street, Toronto, Ontario M6G 2L8, Canada) using Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL or Fed Ex along with the receipt of your purchase. The item(s) must be in brand new condition upon arrival in order for full store credit. We will replace items that are defective or damaged from the factory and reimburse you for your shipping in these instances. If your item was damaged from the courier, please save all your packaging for inspection. Please contact us before you send anything out.
